LITHO PRINTING

Lithographic printing is typically associated with traditional processes, such as those used to produce newspapers and magazines.

Also known as ‘offset printing’, the technique has remained popular due to its reliability and consistency over large print runs. In the past, inks were applied to plates, which were used to transfer text and images onto paper and card. Thanks to modern technology, the lithographic printing process is now much faster and less labour intensive – and it can also be used to print onto a wide range of materials.

In fact, our state-of-the-art Genius 52 UV printer allows us to use UV inks to litho print onto a variety of materials and plastics up to 800 microns thick, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It can handle polypropylene, rigid PVC, self-adhesive vinyl, self-cling film, mark-resist PVC, polystyrene, lenticular PETG and synthetic papers with ease, making it perfect for a wide range of projects including signage and POS displays.

Whatever you want to print, we can help.
